As a former model, MT Meikle knows a thing or two about style. Her years in front of the camera developed a sixth sense for all that’s fashionable, and a knack for assembling an ensemble. It’s this keen eye and love for attire that inspired MT to start La Closette, providing personal style advice to the Greater Toronto Area. “What sets me apart from different stylists is that I am there for [clients] 100 per cent,” says MT. “I become their 911 style doctor and emergency stylist.”

By compiling look books and offering round-the-clock advice, MT keeps clientele looking fabulous and feeling good about their appearance, helping to boost confidence and self-esteem. At the end of the day, that’s the best reward, as MT explains, “If I can have someone walk away feeling great and loving what they wear, I’m happy.”
